I've just been too busy to participate in Pink Saturday - too much digital stuff (see post below) but am really happy to be joining in this week. Plus... I finished another journal! (It's now in my Etsy shop SOLD).
SPARKLY SWIRLS KISS JOURNAL
Soft-backed: a flexible cover in extra-heavyweight watercolour paper with my own take on a paste paper & gesso treatment, stamping into the surface to create texture, then lots of sparkly colour with Glimmer Mists, gilt creams etc. The swirl and lettering are sugared with glitter glue for extra sparkle, and I've hand-plaited the silk Sari ribbon for the tie fastening. I've also sprayed the end papers for extra pizazz...
