NEW BLOG TITLE

I think you may have noticed I've changed the name of the blog from 1stfloorflat to firstfloorflat. Not a big change, but hopefully easier to find. I'm sorry to have been missing in action for quite a while, due to bad health. 

I've had Covid twice (June, then October) then the superflu bug (mid November, about a week after recovering from Covid) and am now having physio for a bad back, hand injury and an arthritic hip! I didn't feel back to normal till well into the New Year.

Bette Davis wasn't wrong when she said 'Old age ain't for sissies'. Meantime, I'm on yet another diet, trying to get rid of all the weight I put on while bed-bound!

Anyway, I'm sort of back in action, so hopefully will be posting more often.
