I bought some ready-made gift boxes made of Kraft card - I think they're meant for takeaways. Anyway, they came flat and folded up into shape very easily. I bought mine in the UK from Home Bargains, so I'm sure they'll be in dollar stores, Amazon etc.

Acrylic paint, two blocks used to stamp the first box and one block for the second - so simple! Blocks are from Blockwallah.
